Composition: 100% free run Pinot Noir from the Sta. Rita Hills AVA consisting of clones 115 (25%), 777 (10%), 667 (15%), 828 (20%), 459 (20%), and 2a (10%). Aging: The wine aged for 21 months in exclusively French oak barrels, with 32% new barrels (Boutes and Platagenet). Purity: It is unfined, unfiltered, and produced without artificial colors, tannin powders, or fermentation aids.
